Rates and Availability

The Cottage sleeps 4 people.  An additional 2 guests can be accommodated as there is a sofa bed in the sitting room, which is also equipped with hanging space and cupboards for clothes.  There is a downstairs wet room with rain shower, sink and toilet which additional guests can use as a bathroom.

Tariff – up to 4 guests

The following prices are for The Cottage sleeping up to 4 guests.
Per week:   Friday – Friday (alternative start/finish days may be possible by prior arrangement).  Christmas, New Year & Easter at High Season rates.

4 day weekend and mid week bookings can be arranged if required  dates are available as follows:

• Weekend:  Friday –  Monday

• Mid week:   Monday – Friday

The rental price includes:

• Electricity & gas

• Under floor central heating

• Cotton bed linen

• Hand towels, tea towels, hand soap, washing up utensils & soaps provided

• Charcoal BBQ (6 burner gas BBQ available for hire)

• Cot and/or high chair if required

A pet is welcomed with agreed prior provisos – please mention when booking

Payment terms

50% deposit is payable on booking.
50% balance is payable 8 weeks prior to commencement of booking.
If the booking has to be cancelled 90% of any payment already made will be refundable provided an alternative booking can be secured. Guests are advised to take out their own holiday insurance.
